Best Shoe Inserts for Heels & Flats

Have you ever kicked off your heels because you couldn't stand being in heels another minute?  Did you know that about 70% of women who wear heels have pain from them? Pain in heels can come from six main places on the foot. Toes crush, ball of foot pressure, heels gap, toes overhang, heels wobble & feet fall off shoes. Would you want to eliminate all six sources of pain from your high heels? Have it all - a   fabulous outfit and pain free heels!  This is possible!

The best high heel shoes for Court are ones you can stand and walk in for up to four hours at a time on hard stone floors.  Lawyers and other professional women who wear heels for work for long periods of time need to find a solution that works for them.  About 70% of women who wear heels have pain from wearing heels. I was not within the lucky 30% who don't have pain from heels. This is what inspired me to find a solution that worked for me - which was to invent a new design of high heel shoe inserts that prevents pain from forward slide in heels and is customizable to cushion the ball at the point of greatest pressure. The platforms and wedge heels shown are inherently comfortable by design and by features, but when custom foam shoe inserts are added their comfort level is greatly increased from 'good' shoes to 'winning' shoes.

Six pain points in high heels are: Instability/wobbliness ('Call It Spring' sandals) ; Toes overhang (sandals); Ball of Foot Pressure('Steve Madden' mules) ; Heel Gaps & Heel Blisters ('Aldo' pumps) ; Heel Falling off Shoe (mules); Toes Crushed by Foot Sliding Forward (pumps) . All six of the pain points can be eliminated if the foot is held stable inside the shoe by shoe inserts that fit out of sight under the foot. To eliminate ball of foot pain the cushioning must be positioned directly under the centre of the ball of foot and must remain in place. It must also be soft, spring back with each step and not flatten with wear. The only cushioning that has all these characteristics is sculpted PORON foam shaped to the bottom of the foot. In contrast gel ball of foot inserts are slippery, move out of place and feel hard underfoot. Stabilizing the foot in high heels is very important to prevent forward slide leading to toe pain. Stabilizing the foot also prevents heel gaps, falling off the shoe, and helps in weight-shifting to keep as much weight as possible over the heel, thus decreasing the pressure on the ball of the foot.
