BEST HIGH HEEL INSERTS the 'HOLY GRAIL' FOR HIGH HEEL LOVERS... style plus comfort is achieved using F=GM m/r2

The very best high heel shoe inserts must tackle the problem of toe pain and foot pain in high heels in a new way in all styles of heels.

There was nothing existing in high heel inserts comfort prior to 2015  that was effective and worked for all heels and all foot types. There was no high heel inserts that were customizable to the foot and were not bulky and did not move about inside the shoe -  thereby being useless in keeping the foot in place. If the inserts don't stay in place and become loose in the shoe they cannot keep the foot in place!  The worst offenders are gel insoles or gel inserts because there is no glue strong enough to keep them in place.

The fact is that high heel wearers exert a lot of force on the inside of their shoes . There are forward forces that crush the toes and downward pressure that burns the ball of the foot.   This becomes more of an issue the heavier the person in the shoe. Currently in the USA about 2/3rds of the female population is considered to be above the size that is considered normal weight/size which is set as a  person who wears a 14 USA dress size or larger.  High heel shoes for all women are painful, but the heavier the women and the higher the heel  the more painful any high heels shoes will be to wear.
The steeper the ramp inside your shoe the more high heels hurt.  High heel shoes with heels over four inches are more painful to wear if you have a short foot and wear a small size shoe such as a size 6 - with a short distance from the heel to the ball of the foot - as opposed to women who have a long foot such as a women who has a size 12 shoe. The distance from the heel to the ball of the foot is one side of a triangle. The other sides of the triangle are the heel height (minus the sole height in platform heels ), and the sloped ramp inside the shoe. This triangles' angles determines the slope of the ramp - and it is the slope of the ramp that determines the comfort of the shoes on your foot.  Therefore a women with a size 6 shoe in a 4 inch heel may have an inside the shoe ramp of 45 degrees, while a woman with a size 12 shoe in the same 4 inch heel shoe may have a ramp of only 33 degrees.
High heel shoes with platform soles will minus the height of the platform from the height of the heel. The high heels in the photos will raise your foot up about four inches, but on a medium size foot (8-10)  the ramp of the shoe will feel like a much more comfortable three inch heel. Platform shoes are favoured by a lot of female singers and entertainers for just this reason. They are also very popular footwear for the red carpet. You can look like you are in 'sky high killer heels' but you are actually comfortably walking about on mid height 3 inch heels.  A fashion/comfort win-win!  Another very comfortable to wear shoe is a block heeled shoe with a 2.5 to 3 inch heel. The overall design of the shoe will help to make it delicate even with a block heel. All four platform shoes shown are made by designers known for combining comfort and fashion. Prices range from $145 Nine West, $235 Cole Haan  to $625 Jimmy Choo, $750 Prada.
All prior high heel shoe inserts and high heel shoe insoles designers seem to have  ignored the fact that the vertical surface in high heels is the biggest problem.  The following explains how Killer Heels Comfort were invented as the HOLY GRAIL of Style plus comfort.by the process of reasoning by First Principles to view the whole problem of discomfort in high heels.

The following is an example of reasoning from 'First Principles' in an invention of high heel shoe inserts.   Gravity exists, gravity works in a high heel shoe as something with a mass (a person’s weight attached to a foot on a downward slope) that is being pulled down by a force – the force of gravity.  F=GM m/r2   This is the problem.  The solution is to stop gravity from pulling the foot down.  The solution is to stop problems of pain in the toes and forefoot from happening in the first place, not just cushioning with gel or bandaging the toes and the ball of the foot after they are painful. It is also a solution that considers the problem of foot pain in heels from both the horizontal and vertical surfaces.

I reasoned by ‘First Principles’ that what was needed was a means to physically stop the foot from sliding forward. The means had to be something that was comfortable on the foot, did not crowd the shoe and also stayed in place against hundreds of pounds of pressure on it.  This is how I came up with my invention of high heel inserts that I called Killer Heels Comfort.  My invention is not an extension or a reiteration on a theme that has been executed before in hundreds of foot cushions, it is completely novel.  It is an example of Reasoning by First principles and not by analogy.

I invented the 'Holy Grail' of high heels inserts so I could have style plus comfort in heels of all types !   Killer Heels Comfort inserts were initially invented to prevent my toes from sliding forward into the toe box of my high heel boots. I wanted high heel inserts that were effective, tiny, discreet and worked to completely stop toes and feet from hurting.  No high heel inserts on the market were effective, comfortable and invisible so I could wear them in my boots, platform peep toes at the office, strappy high heel sandals to a party, and pumps in my job as a lawyer in court.  I also wanted inserts that I knew would work in any footwear so I would be able to go confidently into any shoe store and choose heels of any height and style that fit me well,  and know I could wear them in great comfort.
I rarely get people searching for "New Inventions in high heel shoe inserts", but here are some common searches:

Review the ranking of the Best and the Worst in high heel shoe cushioning. See if you can find the one you wear most often, and compare it to the other six.

The 'secret' to making sure you get high heel shoe inserts that will work for you and give your foot maximum comfort is to never buy or wear high heels that are too tight. Customize your high heels with foam inserts that have at least three important features.  1. The cushioning should never crush. The 'new springy foam' feeling should last forever.  2. The cushioning should be soft, never hard and slippery like gel or a rubber/plastic combination. 3. The inserts should hold your foot back against gravity 100%. Much of the pain of high heels is from toes and forefoot being crushed.  Bonus if the inserts you choose stabilize your high heels to stop wobbles - a big help in platform heels or high heeled sandals.
