Tennis shoes marvellous

"I put ball-of-foot cushions into my tennis shoes. Absolutely marvellous. Besides cushioning the impact of running, the contoured shape of the inserts keep your feet centred in the shoes without having to overtighten the laces. I wish I had these inserts 40 to 50 years ago when my court coverage was, to say the least, considerably faster than it is now. A note to anyone installing the ball-of-foot cushions in typical sport shoes: pull the tongue of the shoe out as far as possible and use something like bbcue tongs or long tweezers to position the inserts according to instructions. This keeps your hand out of the way so you can more easily see into the toe area of the shoe. I can hardly wait to try this product in my hiking boots !"

Ball of foot cushion

"Feels okay"

Very comfortable!!

"I have wide feet and I care so much for choosing comfy sneakers or hiker shoes. The insoles usually cushion for some time and then become stiff and wear off, so it gets painful with long walks. I tried these ball of foot cushions in my old hikers and tested them with long walks and felt amazing! Very comfortable and it revived the shoes! It took a while till I put them in the right position in the shoes, but the instructions were very clear and detailed enough to help out! Overall extremely positive experience and I highly recommend!"

These Help With My New 3” Heels

"Put these in my new 3” open toe heels. Was trying to figure out where to position the triangular piece and didn’t see that it was making a difference. I emailed the company owner. She responded very quickly with expert assistance. Because the shoes had a closed back, I didn’t need the triangle. I kept the ball of foot piece in there which kept my foot from sliding forward and cushioned but did not make the shoes too tight. I have a hammer toe, so that was a major advantage over other devices. I bought several sets of these cushions, so I won’t have to change them from one shoe to another. You can do that, but for me it’s better to determine the correct spot for maximum efficacy and leave them there. Over years, I have bought a huge box full of shoe assistive devices and these work best for keeping my feet where they should be in shoes."

Just order them, NOW!

"When I say amazing, that word is not great enough for these unbelievable insoles. My heels are now more than bearable, they’re like wearing your favorite sneaker. And the customer service is remarkable. Love the company, love the product. My feet are eternally grateful!!"

Saved me from an operation!

"Before I discovered these shoe inserts, I've been seriously contemplating asking my doctor to order a foot operation to remove a bone spur that causes a corn to form below my little toe. Got a couple of these inserts: one to try on my sneakers that I use to go walking; the other, less thick inserts, I put on my house slippers. After a couple of weeks of walking everyday with the inserts in my sneakers, I've almost forgotten that I had corns because they've stopped growing! The best thing, though, is that I can also walk without pain in my house slippers. As an added bonus, I really like that these inserts don't need to be fixed permanently, which makes it easy to transfer them from one pair of footwear to another. That said, I'm still buying a couple more packs of 5, in order to have them on several pairs of shoes, and not need to transfer them. Best inserts ever! Thank you for this invention!"

Perfect tiny cushions for tiny flats

"I love these inserts for my flats I was able to wear them all day for morning and afternoon sessions at an aboriginal issues conference. The floors are hard so I was a little worried about being on my feet all day as the organizer, but my feet held up great with no pain on the ball of the foot. I know that no other cushioning would fit into my black ballet flats without terribly crowing my feet."

Perfect for wedge sandals with a medium heel!

"The inserts were just perfect. They kept my toes from overhanging. Not really uncomfortable in heels that aren't real high but more like an irritation. I was able to wear my shoes to work and walk in them all day without my toes hanging out. I got compliments too from my co workers for having nice feet too! It took some fiddling about to get the inserts at the right angle, but when they were in boy did my shoes feel good I would recommend these to everybody, especially anybody who wants to wear their shoes comfortably for a long time."

Best ever for flip flops

"I've tried many things to keep my toes from hurting in flip flops , these really worked & no thick post either, and no more post digging in between my toes. They kept my flip flops on my foot too, that was a bonus."

Great inserts for my half marathon training

"I have had the forefoot inserts in my training shoes for a few weeks. They work great to keep my toes from bruising (I used to have the toe nail on my right big toe turn purplish), but now my toes and nails stay pink! I like that the cushion under the ball of the foot is soft and springy too. I give them four stars because I had some problems with the front edge of the inserts curling up. I was able to fix this by opening up the laces more when I put my shoes on and also putting a piece of scotch tape over the edge. Now they are perfect."
