Perfect for all your heels! Strappy sandals, mules, pumps or platforms. Tiny, practically invisible high heel inserts that contour to the bottom of the foot keep feet in heels in place perfectly.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO SACRIFICE FASHION TO HAVE COMFORT! WEAR YOUR HIGH HEELS FOR HOURS - WITH REBOUNDING FOAM INSERTS. YOU WILL BE WALKING ON AIR - LITERALLY! PORON OPEN CELL POLYURETHANE FOAM IS STRONG & SOFT. IT CAN CUSHION HUNDREDS OF POUNDS OF PRESSURE & SPRING BACK TO DO IT AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN!

The open secret is the open cell polyurethane foam. This is the only material that can do the two things of completely holding the foot back from sliding forward in heels - it is strong enough to not collapse PLUS it is soft & springy underfoot & never crushes so the ball of the foot is made as comfortable as can be. You can walk/stand/dance for about four times longer than you could with nothing in your shoes.  (You could probably party for six hours straight in these lovely Vince Camuto sling backs - if they have foam inserts ) PORON foam is much more shock absorbing than vinyl or gel inserts, plus it never gets slippery & is not bulky so it does not force your foot out of your shoe & cause instability under the heel of your foot. Inserts in high heels should never increase the height of the heel by placing a layer of material under the heel. This is counterproductive since high heel inserts should always be trying to make heels more comfortable to wear not less so.  Many 3/4 gel insoles or full length gel insoles go under the heel of the foot to help keep the slippery insole in place, not because it adds comfort. The ball of the foot is where the pressure is, not under the elevated heel.

*PORON open cell polyurethane foam provides maximum repeated shock absorption from minimum thickness (The sculpted inserts toe grip & arch pad pieces are 6mm (1/4"), & taper to 1.5mm (1/32") at the edges. *PORON Performance Urethane has greater shock absorbency than gel. *PORON Performance material offers high-energy return & excellent shock absorption in high heels & flats. Feet in high heels are held from slipping forward so toes have wiggle room. *PORON is a trade mark of Rogers Corp.,CT, USA

SIX PREVENTABLE PAIN POINTS IN HIGH HEELS: Wobbliness due to instability; Toes overhang; Ball of Foot Pressure; Heel Gaps Causing Blisters; Foot Falling off Shoes at the Heel End; and Toes Crushed by Foot Sliding Forward

Six pain points in high heels are: Instability/wobbliness ('Call It Spring' sandals) ; Toes overhang (sandals); Ball of Foot Pressure('Steve Madden' mules) ; Heel Gaps & Heel Blisters ('Aldo' pumps) ; Heel Falling off Shoe (mules); Toes Crushed by Foot Sliding Forward (pumps) . All six of the pain points can be eliminated if the foot is held stable inside the shoe by shoe inserts that fit out of sight under the foot. To eliminate ball of foot pain the cushioning must be positioned directly under the centre of the ball of foot and must remain in place. It must also be soft, spring back with each step and not flatten with wear. The only cushioning that has all these characteristics is sculpted PORON foam shaped to the bottom of the foot. In contrast gel ball of foot inserts are slippery, move out of place and feel hard underfoot. Stabilizing the foot in high heels is very important to prevent forward slide leading to toe pain. Stabilizing the foot also prevents heel gaps, falling off the shoe, and helps in weight-shifting to keep as much weight as possible over the heel, thus decreasing the pressure on the ball of the foot.
